About Us
Sovereign is a family-run business with over 40 years’ experience in the residential park home industry.
Our Head Office is based in Cullompton, Devon, and our beautiful parks – exclusively for those aged 50+ – are located across the South West. From stunning rural settings to vibrant town locations, we truly have something for everyone.
We’re a small, dedicated team who love getting to know our residents on a personal level, ensuring everyone feels right at home.
We aim to offer you the very best service from the moment you enquire about living on one of our parks. This is why we have introduced our VIP GOLD SERVICE. A unique and personal service that provides you with all the information you need before making any decision to choose to live on any of our parks.
We appreciate that if you are not familiar with ‘Park Life’ then it can all seem a bit daunting, so we promise to take you through every stage of the buying process. This includes personal tours of our parks and assistance with choosing your new home entailing a chauffeur driven visit to the manufacturers.
Talk to us if you are thinking of settling in the West country. The choice we offer is exceptional covering Devon, Somerset, Wiltshire, and Bristol.
